Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if there are significant delays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

• International Shipping (if offered): 7–21 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Tom’s Pedal Demos is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or additional charges applied to international shipments. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Tom’s Pedal Demos is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
